This document contains crucial information about your rights, obligations, as well as conditions, limitations, and exclusions that may apply to you. Please read it carefully. These terms require the use of individual arbitration to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions. If you do not agree to these terms, are not of legal age to form a binding contract with CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE, LLC, or are prohibited from accessing or using this website or any of its contents or services by applicable law, you may not order or obtain services from this platform.” CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE accepts no liability for direct or consequential damages resulting from delays caused by events beyond our control, such as acts of God, ground perils, adverse weather conditions, or actions by public authorities. It disclaims any responsibility for acts or omissions by others, whether within or outside the United States, except as required by law regarding baggage. Seating on interstate or foreign commerce vehicles is provided without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin. Passengers holding tickets sold by CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE should arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in

Pickup Instructions

When booking a ticket with CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE, passengers should plan their trip to ensure they arrive at the designated pickup locations in San Diego County 15 minutes before departure time. The shuttle operates on a fixed schedule between San Diego and LAX, departing promptly to accommodate airport travel. Passengers are responsible for considering airport traffic and boarding requirements to ensure a timely arrival at the airport “To alleviate airport congestion, LAX enforces strict time limits for passenger pick-up and drop-off. Passenger transportation companies, including CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE, have less than 2 minutes for active loading or unloading. Failure to comply can result in fines and license revocation. To avoid missing the CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE van departure, customers should arrive at the pickup location 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time. Consider allowing extra time for restroom breaks or grabbing a coffee before heading to the pickup curb, Continental Shuttle will collect passengers from three San Diego locations: the first stop is Balboa Ave, the second stop is Mira Mesa Blvd & I-15 park & ride, and the third stop is at Transit center in Escondido. Passengers should arrive at their pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process. There won’t be any additional pickups, home pickups, or drop-offs beyond these three specified locations; passengers should expect to disembark shortly after reaching their designated pickup or drop-off point.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase tickets from CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE, please note that they are non-transferable. However, if your plans change, you can cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, as long as the ticket has not previously been modified or rescheduled (see Modification Policy). In such cases, you’ll receive an 85% refund. It’s important to be aware that CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE does not provide credits for future travel. Additionally, if you miss the shuttle due to insufficient time between your flight’s arrival and the shuttle departure, no refund will be issued.

MODIFICATION POLICY

If you need to make changes to your ticket, you’re allowed to reschedule the date and/or time at no cost, as long as it’s done at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Each ticket can be modified up to two times, after which no further rescheduling or cancellations are permitted. CONTINENTAL SHUTTLE does not offer travel credits for future use. Additionally, the schedule is subject to change, and passengers who purchase one-way or round-trip tickets are limited to the specified time, date, and trip.
